In fact, the judges at American Masters of Taste could not tell the difference between omelets and scrambled eggs made with Primera Foods liquid eggs and those made with fresh shell eggs.

American Masters of Taste uses four fundamental judging criteria: Taste, Appearance, Freshness and Overall Impression (Gestalt). Results are tabulated using prewritten judging forms so that all the judging criteria are pre-established, well-defined, standardized and will yield a valid result.

As Master Taster of the American Tasting Institute, Jesse Sartain personally tasted 200,000 food & beverage products, earning him the designation, America’s Palate. Chef Sartain now leads a national panel of Masters of Taste in San Francisco and across North America that serves to endorse superior food & beverage products for both the foodservice industry as well as a captive audience of 10,000 Corporate and High-Volume Chefs.
